Time Line
  • Thursday, March 4 – Surcharge Due
  • Thursday, March 4 – Deadline for input on the WSMA website - 9:00 PM
  •        Fax to WSMA your registration form (FAX #608-850-3515) – Check
                      should follow but is not needed to WSMA by Mar. 4.
                      RULE #5: any late forms that delay Mukwonago High School from receiving a
                      subsidy check will be charged a $50 fee per EVENT GROUP. That fee will be
                      assessed on your surcharge to Mukwonago Music Festival.
  •        Fax registration to me at 262-363-6320
  •        Send a copy of your registration to your business office
  •        Keep a copy of your registration for your records – with the date and time you
                      faxed your information to WSMA and to Mukwonago

database!!! * * *
  • Wednesday, March 10 – I will email you a draft schedule for you to make corrections and adjustments. (PLEASE DO NOT RELEASE THIS SCHEDULE
TO PARENTS as this is not what the final schedule will look like)
  • Surcharge is due to me at the address above and payable to Mukwonago Music Festival
  •        Any changes after March 10 will have a refund check issued within two weeks after the festival
  • Friday, March 19 – Deadline to Email your corrected schedules back to me. (This may be over your break, plan ahead so that I can get your a final
schedule the week of the festival)
  • Wednesday, March 24 – I will e-mail your final schedule along with other pertinent information. A web site is in development for you to send
    parents to for more information.
